Once your order has shipped, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or returned packages. Please contact your local postal service to resolve any issues with your shipment!
If a package is returned to us unclaimed/unable to be delivered or misdelivered to the wrong address if an address change was not requested, we will not be able to offer a refund. You will need to pay for shipping again.
Please contact us within a month of the package’s delivery date for any issues. After one month, we will not be held liable for replacements or partial refunds due to our negligence.
Shipping and delivery:
Leftover items are estimated to ship out in May 2026, but this is subject to change. Any such delays will be announced through our social media accounts (@DKBKCalendar on Twitter, @dkbkcalendar.bsky.social on Bluesky and DKBKCalendar on Tumblr). There will be no refunds or returns due to delayed shipping times.
Orders will be shipped from the US. Delivery time can vary depending on the buyer’s location. Digital zine will be sent once all physical orders are sent.
All physical orders will be shipped with tracking, however, please note that full tracking (end to end) is not available for every country.
We offer international shipping from the US, but unfortunately are unable to ship to the following countries at this time due to conflict or high tariffs.
